Unbound 2024 Race Day Support Options

Each year we provide personalized race-day support for 10-15 riders. Unlike most race support ours begins before the race. We believe we can provide the best support if we get to know you and your bike before the race. We want to understand your race goals and needs so that we can tailor our support to help you have the best day possible.
Most rider will choose the Performance Tune-Up Race Day Support Package. This package starts with a pre-race performance tune-up to ensure that your bike is in top condition. Our performance tune-up includes a full drive train disassembly and sonic clean so you know your bike will ready for the harsh conditions that unbound can throw at it. Using our pre-race tune-up options also helps us understand and discuss what maintenance your bicycle might need during the race.
Pre-Race Consultation:
Our race day support package starts with a pre-race consultation. We'll meet with you for 30-minuets and discuss you race plans and goals. This helps us to understand how we can best support you meet your goals on race day.
Bag Drop Support:
On the day of the race we'll transport your bag to the checkpoint and have it ready for you when you reach the checkpoint.
White Glove Receiving, Assembly, and Shipping Options:
If you are traveling from out of town we also offer White-Glove Receiving and Shipping support. Just send your bike to us ahead of the race and we'll have it assembled and ready to go when you get to town. After the race we'll pack it up and send it back. We also offer delivery and pick-up from Emporia if needed.
Customized Support Options:
Each year we have riders come from all over the country with varying support needs. Our close proximitiy to I-35 makes our shop an easy stopping point along the route to Emporia.
